Kate Autry is a piano teacher and accomplished accompanist who works with people of all ages to help them discover the joy and mystery of music. She enjoys supporting musicians of all levels by offering her
expertise and encouragement to help them be successful.
Having started her own musical journey at the age of 5, Kate understands the benefits of learning and playing an instrument at any stage of life. Being the mother of four, with one on the autism spectrum, she welcomes and nurtures students of all abilities and personalities, creating an atmosphere of trust and fun.
She is also co-director of music at Church of the Holy Cross, a progressive Episcopal congregation
located in Novi, Michigan.
Ms. Autry holds a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Music Therapy from Ohio University.
